• I have a Big Shot, but this machine is better than Big Shot, because FSJ Platinum Machine with larger work area, I believe it is 8.25", and Big Shot work area is 6".  So the Steel Rule dies from FSJ are larger, and you can use your 8.25x11 cardstock without trimming.  For me, I always wish Big Shot has larger work area.  Now my dream comes true!  lol
